Batman V Superman: Are Character-Centric Teasers Airing?

Today is Monday, October 26, 2015, and if Heroic Hollywood’s rumors are accurate, that means we should be seeing two Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice character-centric teasers airing tonight with their appropriately themed shows — Fox’s Gotham and CBS’s Supergirl.  There’s been no word or hint — from Warner Bros. or anyone in the camp of the upcoming 2016 blockbuster — that we’ll be seeing anything.  However, director Zack Snyder, in a recent Total Film interview, did tease that a new trailer will be appearing soon.

The original rumor was that a full theatrical Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer will be dropping sometime around Thanksgiving, and that there will be two teasers leading up to it.  On Monday, October 26, 2015 — during the premiere night of CBS’s Supergirl — a one-minute long Superman-focused teaser will air.  On the same night — during Fox’s Gotham — a Batman-focused teaser will air.

The teasers will lead to the full theatrical trailer of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice slated to be attached to Creed, which will have its theatrical release on November 25, 2015.

Here’s to hoping that Snyder’s and the studio’s silence are meant to keep fans surprised.  If these do air, you can be sure that Bam Smack Pow will have you covered.  So make sure to visit us often.
