On last week’s “Mommy’s Little Monster” episode of Fox’s Gotham, Penguin finally found his mother, only to see her murdered right in front of him by the Galavans.  Narrowly escaping his execution by Theo, Penguin spent the entire episode planning the assassination of the new Mayor of Gotham.  However, all was not lost.  The Penguin’s actions did get the attention of Jim, who now has his suspicions about Theo’s motives.

Will Theo finally get his way with Wayne Enterprises?  Will Theo be exposed as the criminal that he is?  We’ll find out on this week’s episode of Gotham.  Here’s the official synopsis for “Rise of the Villains: Tonight’s the Night”:

"Galavan sends Barbara after Jim Gordon, while he tries to make a business deal with Bruce Wayne. Barnes and Bullock are hot on Barbara’s trail, and Nygma has a run-in with a familiar face in the all-new “Rise of the Villains: Tonight’s the Night” episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, Nov. 9 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GTH-208) (TV-14 L, V)"
