Batman v Superman Figs Show Crazy Detail

We’d recently seen a few teases about the newest Batman v Superman action figures and just how detailed they are.

More than the trailers or spy photos, the merchandise tie-ins for new DC films have given us absurd amounts of information. We recently learned quite a bit about about Suicide Squad’s synopsis from the statues that will go on sale soon, and now these BvS figs answer some questions we had as well. ‘

Hot Toys now gives us some sweet rundowns of what you can expect from these figures, including some things people were upset about before. Remember that gun from the latest trailer? Yeah, it’s a bomb launcher.

Then there’s the grappling gun.

I’m fine with all that, but strangely there is no explanation of the sniper rifle we saw in early images.

I’m guessing that rifle will be a clever throwback to the rifle Batman dealt with in Dark Knight Returns – just like most of the aesthetic in the film.

I mean, just look at the costume.

Though the Superman fig doesn’t have as many gadgets, it isn’t any less detailed.
