• This will be the second live-incarnation of Victor Stone / Cyborg.  Cyborg was previously portrayed in the television series Smallville by Lee Thompson Young.
• This will be the third live-incarnation of Arthur Curry / Aquaman.  Aquaman was previously portrayed in the television series Smallville by Alan Ritchson and the planned television series Aquaman by Justin Hartley, who also played Oliver Queen / Green Arrow on Smallville.
• This will be the third live-incarnation of Barry Allen / The Flash.  The Flash was previously portrayed in the television series The Flash by John Wesley Shipp, who now plays Henry Allen, Barry Allen’s father in the new The CW Arrow-verse television series The Flash. The Flash is currently being portrayed in The CW Arrow-verse television series The Flash by Grant Gustin.  Though a Flash-type speedster was portrayed in Smallville, he was technically not the Flash and was not Barry Allen.  The character’s hero name was known as Impulse, and his real name was Bart Allen, who in the comics was the grandson of Barry Allen and his wife Iris West.
