First Justice League VS. Teen Titans Trailer

The first trailer for Justice League vs. Teen Titans is here!

Can a bunch of kids defeat a powerful demon and a possessed Justice League? That’s what we will find out in DC’s next animated movie, Justice League vs. Teen Titans!

Here’s the official synopsis for Justice League vs. Teen Titans:

"The demonic forces of Trigon infiltrate the minds and bodies of the Justice League, turning the veteran super heroes against their youthful counterparts in the all-new DC Universe Original Movie."

And we also have the first official trailer for Justice League vs. Teen Titans, which is a mostly familiar line-up if you’ve at least seen the show (though Blue Beetle being a member is new to me). Check it out below:

Although the reasoning is a little bit of a cop out, I like that this appears to be a real “vs.” movie. This is opposed to say, last year’s Batman vs. Robin, where the “vs.” of Batman and Robin was about 5 minutes of the film and not the crux of the movie at all.

The movie obviously has some interesting elements at play, namely that being that Damien Wayne doesn’t seem to get along very well with the rest of the Teen Titans, despite Robin traditionally being the leader of the team. Though not shown in the movie, Nightwing has a relationship with Firestar as was established in Batman: Bad Blood. Also, Batgirl was briefly glimpsed in Batman: Bad Blood, will she make an appearance in this film? We’ll find out when Justice League vs. Teen Titans comes out at some point later this year.
