All Episodes Of Telltale’s Batman Out In 2016

Telltale’s release schedule with many of their episodic series can be a little well… sporadic. Sometimes it’s weeks or even months between single episodes, and when each episode is only a couple hours long, that can kind of throw off the groove, so to speak.

But hopefully, that will not be the case with Telltale’s Batman game. Job Stauffer, director of creative communications at Telltale recently stated in an interview that all 5 episodes of their Batman game will be out by the end of the year.

So do the math yourself. The first episode, while it still doesn’t have a release date yet, is supposedly still coming out this Summer. It’s probably a safe bet that it will come out sometime in July and if Telltale actually stays on schedule with the releases, you will presumably get a new episode of the game every month through November (or maybe it will hit in August and then every month through December).

I want to be optimistic about Telltale’s Batman game, but honestly the lack of any real information about this game, and the fact that I’m not really a huge fan of Telltale’s game style to begin with makes it hard to stay enthused. A few people got to play a short demo at E3, and other than that we’ve seen a few screens posted and that’s it. For a game that is supposed to have it’s first episode out in the next 8 weeks or so basically if it realistically wants to get going this Summer, And while it’s not unheard of for Telltale to actually stick to a schedule on releasing episodes, it’s not unusual for them to be way behind either so I’m kinda doubtful we’ll see all of the episodes by year’s end either. It’s probably just best to wait until all the episodes are out and then by them as one package (possibly on a sale) rather than get each episode as it comes out. Regardless, we will certainly be reviewing the first episode of Telltale’s Batman game whenever it does actually release.
