Suicide Squad: Two Deleted Scenes From Extended Cut
Harley & Croc have a conversation & Doctor Harleen Quinzel chases Joker in these deleted scenes from Suicide Squad
Suicide Squad releases tomorrow on digital HD with an extended cut containing about 11 extra minutes of footage that was not shown in the theatrical release from the film. What is in those 11 minutes? We don’t exactly know. Odds are most of it revolves around the much discussed scenes of Jared Leto as the Joker that didn’t make it into the film, some of which were in the trailers!
Well, today a couple of those deleted scenes have been released, and one of them actually doesn’t feature Joker, but both feature Harley Quinn. In the first scene (which I can only link to sadly), Harley is having a conversation with Killer Croc. She is asking why he eats people, but she’s also trying to get under his scales. You can check that out at the link here.
In this next deleted scene, you see Harley Quinn noticing a motorcycle on the ground. This triggers a flashback to a time when she was madly in love with The Joker, but was still Doctor Harleen Quinzel. This one I can just embed and you can watch it below:

Neither of these scenes really suggest anything added in the extended cut of the movie will actually help make sense of the plot that was most likely trashed in the editing process. We will probably see more Joker and maybe see the relationship between the Clown Prince of Crime and Harley Quinn a little closer to what it is in the comics I’d guess. Suicide Squad: Extended Cut releases 0n Digital HD tomorrow, November 15th with a physical release on Blu-Ray & DVD December 13th. We are most likely getting a copy of the Blu-ray for review so expect one around that time.
