Batman Takes On All The Villains In Villain Pub

Batman can beat everyone, BECAUSE HE’S BATMAN!

You are probably aware of How It Should Have Ended. The popular web series discusses movies, sometimes very well-received ones but more often poorly received ones, and shows how they probably could have ended better or the plot could have been better, etc. Usually it ends with Batman & Superman discussing the logistical plot holes in a cafe, often with a character (or several from the movie).

Lesser known, but usually equally funny is the side series “Villains Pub”, where various famous movie villains (or at least movie versions of famous villains) critique other villains. They are on record as not being horribly fond of the new Joker (Jared Leto’s Joker from Suicide Squad), but he hangs out in the pub anyways.

In a series crossover between Villains Pub & How It Should Have Ended, Batman has found the pub and decides to take them all on by himself. He’d probably be vastly outmatched facing the likes of Loki and Zodd along with all the other villains, right? No, BECAUSE HE’S BATMAN! And he actually is very much holding his own until Emperor Palpatine unleashes the Dark Knight’s one true weakness. Find out what that is in the video below:

Next: Lego Batman Movie Minifigs!

There’s a lot of fun stuff in the video, especially the Caped Crusader punching Joker so hard he’s reverting to previous iterations of himself. I feel like the ending is a bit of a cop out. Maybe it could have had a “to be continued” and they just held off the next episode until they came up with a better solution than Doctor Strange randomly showing up to rescue him.

But that does lead to an interesting possibility. The Benedict Cumberbatch version of Kahn from Star Trek has appeared in Villain Pub. Cumberbatch is now Doctor Strange, those two should face off in the near future!
