Ezra Miller talks about Flash’s relationship with the rest of the Justice League

In 2017 for the first time on the big screen we will see DC’s mightiest heroes unite when the Justice League movie comes out next year. We don’t know a whole lot about the plot, but we know that Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Cyborg, Aquaman and Superman (eve though he’s currently dead) will team up to fight the threat of Steppenwolf, the leader of the armies of Apokolips.

Entertainment Weekly got a little time with the cast and crew of Justice League, including director Zack Snyder, who said “I’m super happy with the chemistry of my league of justice doers” and is in the process if editing the film right now.

Ezra Miller, who plays Barry Allen aka The Flash in Justice League also talked about who Flash is on the team and what his relationship with some of the other members are and how Barry sees them:

"Flash is Ringo Starr. He annoys everybody, but he doesn’t have any specific beef with anyone. Uncle Fish Curry [Aquaman] is very grumpy. Dad [Batman] gets grumpy too. (He’s had a long life of fighting crime.) Wonder Woman is very considerate, so even though she’s annoyed with the Flash, she’s still very compassionate."

Well despite his being dead awhile, let’s hope Superman is pretty joyous upon his return, or it’s basically just going to be Justice League: Dawn Of The Grumps. It does sound like Miller has hot down how to be Barry Allen without just being a pale imitation Grant Gustin’s CW TV show version, which is certainly a concern. Justice League is set to release in theaters November 17th of next year. Let’s hope it’s the last in a string of great comic book films in 2017, because there are just a ton coming out next year.
