Preview: Detective Comics #948


The road to Batwoman’s solo title begins this week in Detective Comics #948 with “Batwoman Begins: Part One”

Batwoman is getting her own solo title starting this year. She won’t be leaving the team of Batman and co. at Detective Comics, but this will simply on some solo adventures the crime fighter will have across the globe. And the road to that begins in this week’s issue of Detective Comics #948, which is still dealing with fallout from the Night of The Monster Men event, but also delves into Batwoman’s past with Batman. We did an article on a very early preview of this issue about a month ago, but this has some new pages and actual dialogue, so I feel it’s worth doing another article on. Again this all leads into Batwoman’s very own series which will focus on her traveling far from the city of Gotham to locations around the globe in order to track down the source of the virus that creates the monster men that wrecked Gotham. The road to that all begins in Detective Comics #948, out tomorrow, January 11th!
