Bruce Wayne faces Jerome in the Winter finale of Gotham, “The Art Of Making Enemies”!

Jerome has returned to Gotham! And he has thrown the city into chaos by blowing up the power plant! How very much like a certain Clown Prince of Crime! What’s next on his agenda? Bruce Wayne, that’s who. And based on this preview, it looks like Bruce is about to have another defining moment in his journey to becoming the Guardian of Gotham, as he goes alone to face the maniac holding the whole city in his grasp. No doubt this fateful confrontation will be a foreshadowing of many to come between Jerome and Bruce Wayne, or more likely, their future identities they are both hurtling towards. I think whatever Jerome is up to, Bruce will beat him, it’ll be yet another defining moment that shows him growing into the eventual role of Batman. But it’ll hardly be the last we see of Jerome, as he is supposed to be pretty central for the next season onwards as far as we know. And what will happen when Nygma finally reveals his long con to Penguin? Will Barbara be the new queen of Gotham?
