Metals Die Cast: “Classic TV Series Batmobile & Batman”
First up is the 1960’s Batman and Robin and Batmobile. What? Where’s Robin? Stay put as you’ll soon see that the Boy Wonder hasn’t been neglected.
The Classic TV Series Batmobile is beautifully designed. It captures everything from the television series. The doors swing out and provide a bit of interaction to this already great model. It’s an excellent reproduction of the iconic campy batmobile of the ’60s.
Remember when I told you to stay put? Notice that hint of yellow and green in the Batmobile’s passenger side? When I say that Jada Toys has made a very “faithful” reproduction, I mean it. Batman’s most trusted sidekick is, in full detail, riding shotgun!
And yes, that’s the famous Bat-phone in the Batmobile’s cockpit. The attention to detail is amazing. Collectors can easily spend hours admiring every little Easter egg.
To top this model off, we have the Adam West Batman figure. The Caped Crusader is seen with his signature campy cape (from that era, of course), and cheesy akimbo stance. It’s a very fun figure that references simpler and more innocent times.
The “Classic TV Series Batmobile & Batman” model is like watching the series all over again. Every detail, curve, color, and line has been captured. I’m beyond words. However, this is only the tip of the iceberg. As you’ll see, Jada Toys continues to impress us …
