Wonder Woman: Poster Teases New Theatrical Trailer

Warner Bros. has released a new Wonder Woman poster in anticipation for tomorrow’s latest theatrical trailer.

As much as we want to criticize Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as a whole, you have to admit that one of the rare things the film got right was the first appearance of the Goddess of Truth—Wonder Woman.

I still remember the scene—one of the few that really stood out from the movie: Doomsday is about to blast Batman. A shining figure booms down from the sky, shields and saves the Dark Knight from the deadly beam. When the dust clears, we see Wonder Woman and her electric-guitar-driven theme triumphantly playing in the background.

It was definitely a sight to behold. For all the naysayers who criticized Gal Gadot’s original casting—definitely me included (hey, I’ll always admit my mistakes)—we were pleasantly stunned. A new Wonder Woman was brought to life—and she looked amazing.

The first full-length trailer was released at Comic-Con 2016. The second full-length trailer was released in early November 2016. Today, Warner Bros. announced to fans that the latest—and possibly final—trailer for the upcoming Wonder Woman will be released tomorrow. To get us through this torturous wait, the studio dropped this new poster:

This image of Wonder Woman is absolutely beautiful. The gold hue and her kneeling in reflection sums up everything we love about this superhero. Let’s hope the DCEU makes the right move this June and brings us a strong story to match this strong character.
