The romantic relationship between Scarlet Witch and Vision will be explored further in Avengers: Infinity War.
In the midst of all the chaos, Avengers: Infinity War will feature a few romantic relationships. One of these is the more recent (and somewhat controversial) relationship between Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow) and Bruce Banner (Hulk). The other is, of course, the iconic romance between Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) and Vision — and it appears that it will be a major element of the film.
In a recent interview with We Got This Covered, Elizabeth Olsen, who plays Maximoff, revealed that Infinity War will dive deeper into the link between the two characters:

"“In any other world I would say, ‘I don’t know,’ but because there are paparazzi photos that kind of spoil things for fans – I think it’s safe to say that we now get to explore that part of the comic book. We get to introduce and really explore their relationship. It creates a really exciting arc for me and I’m so lucky I get to work with (Paul) Bettany all the time now. [laughs]”"
This really doesn’t come as much of a surprise. Many fans saw the seeds being planted as early as their very brief moment together in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Captain America: Civil War only expanded on the relationship by bringing them closer and ultimately, tearing them apart.
Things have been interesting for the superhero couple so far, and with Thanos approaching and Vision holding an Infinity Stone, their love will definitely be tested.
Avengers: Infinity War opens in theaters on May 4, 2018, and will be followed by the Untitled Avengers Sequel on May 3, 2019.
