10 X-Men that could carry their own Television series
By Jason Hall
10. X-Factor
There have been several versions of the team called X-Factor. One of the best and most interesting, in my opinion, was the one led by Madrox the multiple man. This was during Peter David’s run on the book. Madrox led the group as a private investigation company that helped people and solved all sorts of crazy crimes. Marvel turned Madrox into a more interesting character when they realized he could use his doubles to live multiple lives. Madrox can create an almost endless number of copies of himself. Those copies can go out into the world and then return to Madrox. Once he reabsorbs them, he gains all the memories and skills they have learned in the meantime.
The team itself was made up of Banshee’s daughter Siryn, Strong Guy, Wolfsbane, Shatterstar, Rictor, Monet, and a young girl named Layla Miller. They traversed through all of time and even into the depths of hell in their time together. The private investigator angle would give the whole show a solid procedural formula and for the most part, everyone’s mutant power would not require too many crazy special effects. The name might be a bit of a challenge given the talent show of the same name.
