Gal Gadot sends a message of thanks to her fans on Justice League Day amid the opening of Justice League in theaters on November 17.

Gal Gadot had a special message of thanks to her fans after the release of Justice League. After a media blitz taking the Justice League cast from China to London and back to the United States in a whirlwind tour, Gadot has kind words for her loyal fans who are thrilled to see Wonder Woman back on the big screen where she continues to dominate the big screen.

Critics don’t seem to be having much of an impact on Justice League’s ticket sales, with plenty of fans going to see the movie. Sure, the movie is tracking lower than some projections, putting it closer to a $96 million domestic box office opening as opposed to the initial $110 million predictions, but it looks like even the fans who turned away from Batman and Superman after 2016’s highly polarizing Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice are coming back for a look at the newest film. Positive news about Gadot’s performance will likely draw more moviegoers as the Thanksgiving holiday looms.

Despite more than a few critical reviews of the movie and a slight uproar over Rotten Tomatoes’ decision to delay the release of the movie’s score on the Tomatometer, one thing has been consistent across the board with Justice League: Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman is a shining star throughout the film. Though this is Diana Prince by way of Zack Snyder and Joss Whedon, rather than filmmaker extraordinaire Patty Jenkins, Gadot is widely heralded once again in her performance as the Amazonian princess from Themyscira.

Wonder Woman fans were delighted this week by news that Wonder Woman 2 will move up its release date from December 2019 to November, almost six weeks earlier, to keep the movie from being overshadowed by Star Wars: Episode IX.
