4. Gamora

When your nickname is ‘The Deadliest Woman in the Universe’ then you’re an absolute bad ass. In the MCU she’s played by the talented Zoe Saldana as part of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Why she makes the list, however, isn’t just because she’s a deadly assassin. Gamora was the lone survivor of the Zen Whoberi civilization which was destroyed by the reptilian alien species Badoon. What makes Gamora so great is that Thanos rescued and train her to become an assassin.

Gambits were on the verge of death but Thanos genetically enhanced the dying being and gifted her with extraordinary superhuman abilities. Gamora’s sole purpose was to serve as Thanos’ personal weapon to kill Magus, the evil version of enemy Adam Warlock. There have been debates on whether Gamora is, in fact, the strongest person in all of Marvel. In fact, her true power was shown during Marvel’s Infinity War series where she defeated She-Hulk, Rogue, Cyclops, Invisible Woman, and Strong Guy before she ultimately lost the numbers game.

With a father like Thanos and a history that tells a story of absolute dominance, Gamora is easily one of, if not the strongest characters depicted in Avengers: Infinity War.
