3. Vision

At its core, Vision is basically human, he has blood, organs, and tissue. Of course, the superior artificial intelligence turned humanoid is merely a creation of Ultron. Vision has a superhuman intellect to go along with superhuman strength and speed — he also possesses the ability to manipulate and densify his cells rendering him virtually indestructible.

In the MCU he’s played Paul Bethany and is the inhibitor of one the most powerful relics in the comics, the 6th Infinity Stone aka the Mind Stone. Unfortunately for Vision, he’ll be a direct target of Thanos and likely one of the heroes we predicted won’t make it out of Infinity War alive. Still, whether he survives or not doesn’t take away from his prowess. In the MCU vision proved that not only his strength but his heart and courage as he accomplished a feat no other MCU character was able to — pick up Thor’s hammer.
