15. Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson

Clark Gregg turned a character that people would normally not care about and turned him into the star of the TV show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. We disappointingly have noy seen Clark Gregg in the Marvel movies lately, but we have gotten him in the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon as Coulson and he will be returning in Captain Marvel. Clark Gregg may not be in imdb.com for Avengers: Infinity War, but there is no guarantee that he isn’t being kept as a secret character. If Phil does show up, expect the audience to pop with excitement.

Without Phil Coulson’s performances leading up to Marvel’s The Avengers there would be no Agents of  S.H.I.E.L.D. When Coulson died in Marvel’s The Avengers, the audience was sad and extremely upset. Phil was the heart and soul of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the only person in the franchise that was a good person. He enjoyed what he did, he was patient with Tony Stark, and always seemed to be there when one of the Avengers needed something. Coulson was also a guy without powers which is something people tend to love. Especially when surrounded by a team of super-powered beings.

Gregg pulled off his performance with the professionalism you’d expect from that character. Well, except when he asked Stever Rogers to sign his cards. They were near mint.
