Marvel’s Daredevil: Shadowland could be the perfect story

Tons of old favorites
Introducing new characters is always a great idea. Bringing in Punisher in season two of Daredevil gave the series an extra boost. You also have to stay with the ones that got you to where you’re at. Shadowland has a few of Netflix’s favorite characters. Luke Cage, Misty Knight, Colleen Wing, Punisher, Spider-Man (doubtful in a Netflix show), Elektra and Wilson Fisk all make appearances and have a role to play. One character that could really benefit from this move is Danny Rand. You know, the Immortal Iron Fist.
Netflix’s Iron Fist has been met with mostly bad press and with good reason. His powers look bad, the acting isn’t that great, and the Iron Fist comic book character hasn’t been represented well. Shadowland could change all of that.
Finally letting Danny Rand use his powers in more than just one hand and using his chi to heal could put him back in the good graces of fans. Danny Rand desperately needs a win. Maybe this is the series that can do it. Also, since Daredevil has put a convincing beating on Rand, maybe beating him could help Rand as well.
