Ashley Barton Spider-B***h (Earth-807128)

In this reality, the villains won. Red Skull now ruled the United States and divided the country between him and his generals. Magneto got a chunk spreading from Nevada up to Canada. He was the ruler until he lost his spot to someone else. That’s where Ashley Barton comes in.

Ashley Barton is the daughter of Clint Barton and Spider-Man’s daughter. During an attempt to save the people in Magento’s former territory she ended up getting captured. After Ashley’s father saved her, she beat him saying she wasn’t going to save the people there. She was there to take the current Kingpin’s territory. Like Spider-Man Noir, Ashley was one of the Spider-Beings picked by the Superior Spider-Man to fight in his more aggressive team.

Spider-Gwen (Earth 65)

Saving the best for last. In this universe, Gwen Stacy was bitten by the spider that usually gives Peter his powers. Instead of Gwen dying, Peter turned himself into the Lizard in an attempt to get revenge on all the people who bullied him. In typical fashion, Spider-Gwen tries to save him and got blamed for Peter’s death. Despite Peter’s death, Gwen continued her life as Spider-Woman, a student, and a member of a band called the Mary Janes (guess who the lead singer is).

Her reality is really wonky. Her father (George Stacy) is alive and knows her secret, Matt Murdock is a villain and corrupt lawyer, and Frank Caste is a police captain! In Spider-Verse, you could tell that Spider-Gwen was still very green, but had a lot of heart and potential. It seems like she gained her father’s skill as a detective.

However, Spider-Woman has said Gwen can’t throw a punch properly, but neither could Peter or Miles at first. Gwen has a vast amount of potential as a character. She’s also gained momentum with her unique look. She’s a character perfect for this day and age.
