Lewis Tan isn’t Nightwing: Here are 10 actors we think could be

Lewis Tan may not be playing Nightwing and that’s okay. We have 10 other actors who we’d like to see play Dick Grayson in the DCEU. 

Lewis Tan recently shut down rumors that suggested he’d be playing Nightwing in Chris McKay’s film via Twitter. After Tan met with DC execs we pondered whether or not he’d fit as Nightwing. Of course, there are a lot of variables at play and Tan fits the bill.

Nevertheless, Tan isn’t the only actor in Hollywood perfect for Nightwing. We’ll list our favorite actors we think should play Nightwing. While this isn’t our first Nighting list, we do have some fresh names. Below are the top actors we think could play Dick Grayson in the DCEU.

Ryan Guzman

Ryan Guzman made his name in the Step Up franchise as Sean Asa, a dancer. That fact that Guzman can dance proves that learning martial arts wouldn’t be a major issue. McKay could be looking for an actor with Guzman’s look and athletic ability and fresh face.

The 30-year-old actor would be ideally suited for a more seasoned version of Nightwing. A version where Dick Grayson has fully established himself as the lone protector of Bludhaven and the next in line to take over as Batman.
