3. Edward Norton

For some fans, Edward Norton is known as the other MCU Bruce Banner. Before Mark Ruffalo, Norton was the Hulk but was let go by the studio due to creative differences. Norton recently made some noise about The Incredible Hulk script as first reported by Ryan Parker via Twitter. Since we won’t be seeing Norton in the MCU anytime soon DCEU Dark/Black couple use him as Thomas Wayne.

Like many other actors on the list has versatility and range that’ll allow Todd Phillips to play with Thomas Wayne. Norton is an immensely talented actor who we don’t get enough of. Although Norton had roles in The Bourne Legacy, The Grand Budapest Hotel, and Birdman one of his best roles was a reformed neo-Nazi in American History X. Norton’s portrayal as Derek was memorable and proved how talented he was.

As Derek, he was an intelligent extremist who worked his way up the neo-Nazi rank. He joined the neo-Nazi group after a black drug dealer murdered his father. The rage of Derek surfaced on a number of cases but one night landed him in prison. He shot and killed a thief and asked another to bite the concrete where he proceeded to stomp the back of his head. While serving a three-year sentence, Derek metamorphosed.

After being raped by his neo-Nazi brothers Derek’s only friend was a black man and his teacher, also a black man acted as Derek’s council. Upon his release, Derek tried to shake his old life and stop his younger brother from following in his footsteps. Moreover, the elements of brilliance from Norton as Derek makes the prospect of Thomas Wayne intriguing.
