Iron Fist: Where could the characters end up?
By Mark Lynch
Heroes for Hire
When Iron Fist was announced as a show after Luke Cage, every comic book fan patiently waited for the popular comic book series Heroes for Hire. Then, season 2 of Luke Cage brought in a much different Danny Rand. A Danny with more personality and a ton of happiness (this gave people hope for season two of Iron Fist).
This balanced out Luke’s anger and tough demeanor. Once they did their classic fist bump and the camera panned in on it, everyone knew that Heroes for Hire was a series waiting to happen.
While it’s disappointing that Iron Fist ended, this could be a blessing in disguise. Luke Cage is expected to be renewed for a season 3, but that doesn’t mean that the show is on thin ice. People may like Mike Colter as Luke Cage character, the show still has its flaws. If seasons 3 and season 4 doesn’t it’s possible that putting Danny and Luke together as Heroes for Hire or Power Man and Iron Fist could solve all of their problems.
