10 actresses who could play Zatanna in the DCEU

1. Kaya Scodelario

You probably should understand who Kaya Sodelario is since she made the list at No. 1. She got her start on Skins. If you saw her there, her acting ability was on full display. Her character, Effy, went through a metamorphosis. She started off as mostly a background character.

But as the show progressed, so did she, and Scodelario was allowed to shine. Effy became a focal point of Skins as a sexy, tortured, and troubled seductress.

Scodelario went on to star in The Maze Runner trilogy. She was one of many who gained some fame as the next great young star. And in Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales, she was also a shining star.

Her character, Carina was anything but a damsel in distress.  Scodelario was funny, smart, and even stole the show from Johnny Depp. With some action under her belt, it’s about time Scodelario starred in a comic book movie, and there’s no better hero for her to play than Zatanna.

Without knowing what direction Warner Bros and Walter Hamada plan to go, the age range varies. And, there’s a chance we’ll see Zatanna in Justice League Dark or maybe even aYoung Justice film. The latter is a stretch, but a guy can dream.
