1. US Agent – John Walker
What if Captain America lost a step? Imagine a new hotshot superhuman wanting the throne. Someone who embodied America and had that same all American charm. Put all those qualities together and you have John Walked aka US Agent.
Writer Mark Gruenwald introduced Super-Patriot by having him set off fireworks from the Statue of Liberty in a Captain America comic. He went on to become US Agent before taking over as Captain America in 1986.

Walker is a lot like Rogers, a former military man who gained superhuman powers. However, Walker received his abilities from a company, run by Curtiss Jackson, the Power Broker Corporation. This company grants paying customers superhuman abilities.
Other than their first name (John) Cena shares some things with Walker. For one, he looks like him; from the blonde fade to the bulky appearance, and squared jaw. Moreover, there was a time in Walker’s life where he became a professional wrestler.
To pay off a debt he owed Power Broker, Walker became a wrestler for Unlimited Class Wrestling Federation. There he met his manager, Ethan Thurm, who persuaded Walker to become a hero.
Walker made his rounds as a hero — one that performed staged heroic acts publicly. After an event that nearly got people killed, Cap confronted the new hero. They battled and Walker got the upper hand, albeit barely.
Meanwhile, Walker saved the day by defeating Warhead. The victory made him a national symbol and he deemed himself America’s Future.
In the MCU with a couple of tweaks, US Agent makes for a great anti-hero. In fact, by making him a bit more extreme and cocky he’d work well as Captain America villain. Who knows, maybe Cena could play Walker on Disney Plus.
