Black Widow solo film rumored to start filming In February. What kind of story should everyone expect?

Ever since her first appearance in Iron Man 2, Black Widow, aka Natasha Romanoff, has been a character that has captured a lot of attention. Originally a deadly assassin, now a founding Avenger, Black Widow has an abundance of history that could help shape a rather unique look into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Finally, it looks like the MCU is preparing for a film centered around her character as rumors of the Black Widow solo film beginning production in February surfaced, per GWW and Omega Underground.

In the first Avengers film, moviegoers receive a quick scene confirming that the assassin, Black Widow, is an infamous character among criminals. In the same movie viewers were also gifted to a hilarious banter between her and Hawkeye, recanting what must have been a crazy adventure as Black Widow compared it to their current fight against aliens in New York.

Avengers: Age of Ultron showed a look inside Natasha’s mind, allowing everyone to see she was one of many trained under the “Black Widow Program.” Implying that she had defected and eventually worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. At the end of this film, she and Captain America practically becaome the leaders of this new group of Avengers, that are formed after the original team splits.
