We have heard the word on the street regarding the film and from the looks of it, the word is good.

The reviews are in and per Rotten Tomatoes’ official rating, the film is certified fresh. Marvel’s 21st feature-length film under its Cinematic Universe, as of this writing, has an 83 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. Out of 114 reviews so far, 95 have been positive.

We are happy to see that Captain Marvel is being genuinely positively received because not too long, it seemed as though there was a plot to sabotage the film’s success. It was previously reported that trolls recently stormed the movie’s “Want to See” feature specifically to bash it. This inspired the site to take down that feature and prevent anonymous users from hating on the movie just to hate on it.

Seeing some real, genuinely positive reviews from critics gives us faith that the film should be able to live up to the standards set by some of the best films that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has to offer.
