Spider-Man: 5 Marvel characters that could be the new face of the MCU
By Mark Lynch
She-Hulk
Jennifer Walters may not have been mentioned in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it can be guaranteed that she will be a hit when we see her. She’s smart, sassy, and, well, a Hulk, and these are all the things the audience loves. The only problem here is that she doesn’t have the same kind of depth that Peter Parker has with his uncle and parents dying. However, there is more going on with her than meets the eye.

The idea of her balancing the Hulk persona along with being a lawyer is enough, but there’s more. There are deeper layers to her character that may go unnoticed by the common eye. Jennifer Walters (even when she’s not She-Hulk) intimidates small-minded people. This could be an angle, as well. Having her not shy away from this could be a major plot. There’s also how she feels about being built like an Amazonian. Recently, in an Avengers comic, she’s spoken about how villains have tried to cop a feel on her while they fight. It’s disgusting, but it’s her reality. There’s a fair amount of material to be used here, even some that may make people self reflect or uncomfortable. There’s no way Jennifer Walter isn’t an immediate hit.
