The Flash’s sixth season is almost upon us, and the brand new photos from the season premiere are more telling than you think.

It won’t be long until Barry Allen and his merry band of metahumans are back on our TV screens and cleaning up Central City one evil speedster at a time.

The show’s previous outing saw Barry and Iris’ daughter, Nora West-Allen, erased from existence after an attempt to save her father resulted in her being manipulated by Eobard Thawne (the evil Reverse-Flash) to alter the timeline. Unfortunately for the West-Allens, when she did so, she paid the price.

However, given the emotional cliffhanger ending, we still don’t know all that much about The Flash‘s sixth season. We do know that the villain known as Bloodwork will be this season’s main threat, as he made his debut appearance in the show’s San Diego Comic-Con trailer but, other than that, Season 6 details remain scarce.

With the premiere on the horizon, TVLine has unveiled a number of new photos from the season’s first episode, which is titled “Into The Void”, but, like everything else, these photos don’t give all that much away. However, if you look closely, they’re more telling than you might think.
