Marvel Comics characters perfect for the horror movie genre

Brother Voodoo (Jericho Drumm)
In the deleted scene above, we see a man named Daniel Drumm. To the casual fan, this may mean nothing but, to Marvel Comics fans, this is exciting. It lets us know that Brother Voodoo is could be a future character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Daniel Drumm dies in the comics, and his last wish is for his brother Jericho to become the new Brother Voodoo. After almost being murdered by his brother’s killer, Jericho studies with Daniel’s former teacher and eventually becomes the new Brother Voodoo. Later on, Dr. Strange relinquished his title of Sorcerer Supreme, and the Eye of Agamotto selects Jericho to become Stephen Strange’s replacement.
Brother Voodoo’s powers come from a Haitian Vodou or Louisiana voodoo called Loa. We’ve seen projects that show how scary this magic can be. This could be no different in the MCU. Even though Jericho Drumm doesn’t have a lot of well-known villains, this works in his favor. A new villain could be created just for him — a being that could be based on a real urban legend. Myths like the Gowrow, witches, and zombies could make for interesting antagonists. There’s also characters like the Hood, a guy who used to get his powers from Dormammu and can have a very demonic appearance.
