3. Batman and Superman

Shocked to see this rivalry so high on the list — don’t be. This rivalry has the weight of the DC Comics world on its shoulder. These two heroes have fans divided, just ask an DC fan who’d win in a fight: Batman or Superman? You’ll get different answers from every fan, each with their own reasoning.

As a matter of fact, the Justice League members have gone head-to-head in comics. The results aren’t what casual fans may think. Their rivalry spanned over decades with some iconic comic book moments.

Batman’s crowning achievements over Superman happened in Frank Miller’s 1986 Batman: The Dark Knight Returns. Fans of the comics remember the iconic speech Batman gave to a bloody Superman.
