2. There Are A Lot Of Familiar Faces

Spot any familiar faces in that trailer? Yeah, there were a lot, weren’t there?

Jay Garrick, Breacher, Norvock and, most shockingly of all, Nora Allen popped up throughout the clip – and, with the exception of the last one, none of them seemed particularly happy.

Jay seemed less than pleased to hear that Barry had travelled through time again (which is quite understandable given the Scarlet Speedster’s track record), Norvock looked rather worried and Breacher looked particularly upset (and not because he just interrupted an intimate moment between Cisco and Kamilla).

But just what has got all these characters feeling blue? Does Breacher know what’s coming (he is a multiverse bounty hunter, after all)? Is Jay aware that the Crisis is closer than we once thought? And just what is going on with this new iteration of Nora Allen? From her clothing, it looks like she’s a potentially brilliant mind they’ve reached out to for help, but judging by Barry’s reaction to seeing his mother’s doppelgänger, things are about to get emotional.

With the Crisis upon us, it seems like The Flash is going all out to give us all the feels, and bringing back some of our favorite characters (or at least new versions of some of them) is just the way to do that.
