Honorable Mention: Spider-Man is who?!

Movie: Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019)

Peter Parker had been taking Tony Stark’s death hard. He was Peter’s mentor and father figure.  Nevertheless, Peter kept on fighting.

During his trip to Europe, Peter came across Nick Fury (a Skrull impersonating Fury) who needed him for a mission. He introduced Peter to Quentin Beck. A man who said he was a hero from another Universe. Quentin ended up being a villain, who was out for revenge against Tony Stark. Spider-Man does what he does and defeats Quentin…. Just not before one of Quentin’s flunkies could doctor footage making it look like Spider-Man was the villain. That’s not all. The footage also featured a moment in which Quentin told the entire world that Peter Parker is Spider-Man.

This was the last movie in the Infinity Saga. It gave birth to a whole new set of problems for Peter. The world knowing he’s Spider-Man will cause trouble for anyone in Peter’s life. This is also a big time slip up for the Skrulls who were supposed to be monitoring him. Nick Fury never would have trusted Quentin Beck. Because of a Skrull’s mistake, Peter will have a heck of a time continuing his life. For all we know, this was the Skrull’s plans all along.

This is crucial because it ended the Infinity Saga and set the stage for the next chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. None of the post credit scenes are pointless. We’ll have to wait and see how this affects the future. One thing’s for sure, it will be important.
