Black Lightning season 3: What we know about the characters

Lynn has been her normal, caring self thus far. She’s been working with Agent Odell and the A.S.A. to try to find a cure for the metahumans and the people who’ve taken Green Light. She may not like it, but she knows the truth. She’s the only person who’s willing to help who doesn’t have an ulterior motive. What Lynn doesn’t know is what Odell has been up to. He’s been using subliminal messages and putting things in her drinks to get her to take Green Light. She even experimented on herself in an attempt to increase her intelligence so she could find a cure. She’s found results, but at what cost?

Lynn and Jefferson have been drifting apart this season. Jefferson is doing whatever he can to help, but he’s powerless. The drugs Lynn has been taking are affecting her mind, and all she can think about is work. The big question here is: what are the effects of the Green Light? It may only be in small doses, but there have been a lot of small doses. It’s also taking a toll on Lynn’s mind. When she’s stops working with the A.S.A., Lynn may become addicted. And we’ve already seen that she has an issue with alcohol. This will not end well.
