Kevin Feige: Plans for next Marvel event movie are already underway
While specifying that they take one movie at a time, Kevin Feige did disclose that the next big Marvel movie is already planned out.
Avengers: Endgame gave fans a satisfying conclusion to over a decade of Marvel movies. Disney Plus appears to be the next part of the master plan that Kevin Feige and co. have for the MCU, as many characters will be getting their own Disney Plus series.
Feige spoke with Omelete during a six-hour live stream at CCXP and assured fans that while a new big event movie was not announced, that does not mean one is not in the plans.
From the live stream via Heroic Hollywood:
"“The MCU is all interconnected, but we really focus on one movie at a time. We’re going to make the best Black Widow movie we can possibly make, the best Eternals movie we can make, the best Shang-Chi, the best Doctor Strange, Thor, Captain Marvel, Black Panther… And keep evolving their stories. Then, yes, it is always fun to see them come together in a master plan. Which is, I promise you well underway.”"

These comments should not come as a surprise to anyone. Feige and his team have shown a focused plan for the MCU that all streamlined together in Avengers: Endgame.
It will be interesting to see how the MCU operates with more cohesion between the Marvel TV shows and the movies, especially with everything existing in the Disney Plus streaming service.
The biggest test of how this will work will be with WandaVision and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. WandaVision is set to hit Disney Plus in 2021, and the series will lead to the Doctor Strange sequel, with Scarlet Witch being a lead character in both. How much crossover will there be? Will viewers feel lost? Time will tell until then.
What fans will also have to wait for is the next big crossover event film. The possibilities are endless on the direction the MCU will take post-Avengers: Endgame especially with a new world without Steve Rogers and Tony Stark.

Fans will continue to speculate until the time comes for everyone in the MCU to come together for a big event, but Black Widow will give fans a nice return to the MCU in 2020.
