6. Siryn

Played by: Sophie Turner

There aren’t a lot of women that Deadpool has loved. He’s been infatuated and lusted, but he hasn’t loved most of them, but above all of them was Siryn.

For Deadpool, it was love at first sight. He fawned over her in a way that made him want to become a better person. He stopped accepting a lot of mercenary jobs that killed and he tried to become a “real” hero. It didn’t last long, but he never stopped loving her or attempting to be a good person. We haven’t seen them interact much in years, but his feelings are probably still there.

Even though there was some time travel at the end of Deadpool 2, Vanessa is probably still dead. Some deaths are just supposed to happen. Vanessa died so Wade could have a new life. Thus, at some point, Deadpool may need a new love interest and that could be Siryn. The best part about a potential romance is that it doesn’t even have to end with Wade and Siryn ending up together. Sure, Siryn loves Wade and, at one point it may have been romantic but despite all of that, they’re more friends than anything else.

Siryn would be a great addition to Deadpool 3. It could be a romantic comedy that doesn’t end the way everyone expects it to (with the two of them getting together).

Sophie Turner could pull this off. We’ve seen her do a good job as Jean Grey in Dark Phoenix – in  fact, she was one of the few good things about that movie. She would definitely do Siryn justice.
