7. Queen of Fables

Voiced by: Wanda Sykes

The Queen of Fables began her role in Harley Quinn as a talking book. This was her punishment for her continuous illegal atrocities. As to be predicted, she was eventually let out of her imprisonment. Harley was ecstatic. A woman villain she could look up to. Someone who may be able to mentor her. That happiness was short-lived. Queeny slaughtered an entire family reunion to hide the track of her’s and Harley’s crew. The gang was horrified (King Shark fainted). They may be thieves and killers, but even they have limits. Harley should’ve listened to Ivy when she told her that Queeny was bad news.

Queen of Fables was one of Harley’s real villains. Sure, Joker is the main antagonist, but Queeny was something else. She was everything that Harley detested and never wanted to become. Queeny didn’t care who was murdered in her path as long as she got what she wanted. She was the right villain to show Harley a path to avoid. That’s why she’s ranked so high.

Wanda Sykes killed this. She voiced sassy, confident, and evil exceptionally well. We would have been content seeing her as a chain-smoking book. Getting her as a big time villain was an added and happy surprise. It’s doubtful that the Joker scared Harley like the Queen of Fables did.
