2. Harley Quinn

Voiced by: Kaley Cuoco

Harley Quinn didn’t let us down. The build of her getting the confidence she needed to reach her potential was the theme and it never got tired. Harley learned something new each episode. By the season finale, she had completed her goal of becoming the best villain in Gotham. Granted, Gotham is in ruins, but that doesn’t change anything. Harley took out the Joker and finally got over her need for his approval. The progression was astounding. Nothing came too easy or fast. It was the perfect pace.

The previews alone showed how spectacular Harley was. Until you see the show, you realize the trailers and teasers didn’t do her justice. Her violence was creative from start to finish. She was funny, smart, and still has room to grow. If she continues on this path, she may become one of the best comic book cartoon characters of all time. That’s a big deal with DC Comics, because their cartoons are almost always top notch.

Kaley Cuoco nailed this voice. She added a slight shriek to Harley’s voice that added a touch of crazy to her. it wasn’t over the top. Hopefully she’ll continue to do her voice after the show ends. She could be the go-to voice of Harley. We all love Arleen Sorkin’s original performance, Tara Strong’s in the Arkham game series and also enjoy Margot Robbie’s live-action offering too, but Kaley Cuoco has the potential to be the best. You may think this is blasphemous, but allowing Harley to run wild in this adult series allows Cuoco to live up to that kind of potential.
