8. Red Hood

Jason Todd and the rest of the Bat-Family have a complicated relationship. Jason’s the black sheep, and he’s not usually included in things because he’s snarky, cynical, and doesn’t follow orders well. He would  undoubtedly have taken Bruce’s “death” hard. However, he won’t show it because Jason doesn’t know how to deal with his emotions.

He could end up going on a killing spree to cope and perhaps even Harley and her gang would have to stop him. Maybe Batgirl will have to step in and help?

We’ll have to wait and see. It would be disappointing if Red Hood didn’t show up. There’s potential for him to become a regular character. Definitely not part of Harley Quinn’s crew, just someone who pops up every now and again.

7. Cassandra Cain

The Cassandra Cain we saw in Birds of Prey isn’t the one referred to here. This is the assassin who trained with the League of Assassins.

Cassandra has the potential to be the deadliest person in Gotham City. Batman has admitted multiple times that he knows how dangerous she is and that he may not be able to stop her without killing her. Thankfully, she’s on his side in the comics.

In this universe, however, it would be a nice twist to have her still be in the League of Assassins. She could be the one to help introduce Ra’s Al Ghul into the series, who knows?
