10. Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Where to stream: Disney Plus

The longest-running live-action superhero show currently on the air, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. expands the Marvel Cinematic Universe in ways that the films were never able to do, and it does so by featuring the always-charming Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) in the leading role.

Our ever-rotating but always beloved line-up of agents have dealt with a lot since they burst onto screens back in 2013, but they’re getting ready to bid us all adieu when their seventh and final season airs in the summer.

With that in mind (and the MCU’s next big-screen installment delayed indefinitely), now seems like the perfect time to expand your MCU horizons and get caught up on all the madness before the final season hits screens. And, you’re in luck, because all the episodes are on Disney +.

9. Batwoman

Where to stream: CWTV

The newest addition to the Arrowverse’s ever-growing collection of TV superheroes, Batwoman exploded onto screens at the end of last year and, in spite of a few teething issues, has managed to become one of the best superhero shows on TV today.

Starring Ruby Rose in the leading role, the show follows Kate Kane who returns to Gotham City at a time when Batman has seemingly vanished. And when new evil Alice rises to cause some deadly mayhem, she takes up the mantle as the city’s new Dark Knight.

Being the new show that it is, Batwoman is a little harder to stream because it hasn’t completed its first run on The CW yet. The latest five episodes are available to stream on CWTV.com and the whole seasons are available for purchase on Amazon Prime and iTunes.
