13. Elektra
Elektra is flat out dangerous. It’s a shame that people don’t discuss her more. She’s been killing the best of the best for decades. What may be more impressive is that she’s done most of it on her own.
She doesn’t have the X-Men or the Avengers to have her back if she lost. Granted, she does have Daredevil, Punisher, and Wolverine, but not a complete crew superheroes she could always call on. On that note, this writer wouldn’t count the Thunderbolts. They were dysfunctional. She’s always done things by herself. It’s what’s made her so dangerous. Not having that backup meant she could only rely on herself – making her harder and tougher.
Elektra wins 10 out of 10 fights
John Wick can’t handle Elektra. There’s nothing Wick can do that Elektra hasn’t seen or defeated. Wick normally has the advantage when it comes to objects in the battlefield. Not here.
Looking back to Elektra’s fight with Iron Fist (Defenders No. 7) is a perfect example. She beat Iron Fist with everything she could get her hands on. That included a television hanging on a wall and kitchen knives. It wasn’t until Iron Fist used his powers that she won. Wick doesn’t have that kind of an advantage.
Elektra is better with guns and handheld weapons too. Wick doesn’t stand a chance here.
