Stargirl returns to DC Universe and The CW for the ninth episode of its first season. Here’s how you can watch “Brainwave” online.

This week, a new episode of Stargirl arrives on screens. The DC Universe original series has become a mainstay of both streaming and broadcast television and it’s nearly finished its first season.

Over the past eight weeks, DC’s Stargirl has kept fans hooked. The show streams on DC Universe on Mondays and follows that up with a broadcast on The CW the following night.

Everyone involved in the show received some great news recently as it was announced that the it had been renewed for a second season. Surprisingly, however, it will be moving to The CW permanently, with seemingly no DC Universe plans for the second season.

Courtney Whitmore’s (Brec Bassinger) quest to protect those that she loves from harm really upped the ante in the most recent episode as she launched an all-out assault on Shiv/Cindy Burman (Meg DeLacy) for threatening the lives of her friends.

While this was all transpiring outside of Cindy’s house, Henry King Jr. (Jake Austin Walker) was beginning to exhibit signs that he too may possess his father’s abilities to move things with his mind and ultimately read people’s thoughts.

Cindy found herself dragged away by her father’s minions while Henry discovered that Courtney was Stargirl. And it seems that we’re in for another huge episode as “Brainwave” explores his struggles with the light and the dark.
