Thor Ragnarok stars reunite for unexpected musical number you need to see
Jurassic Park’s Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum – both of whom also appeared in Thor: Ragnarok – reunited while filming Jurassic World: Dominion to perform a musical number for fans on social media.
Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum are icons of the industry. They’ve both enjoyed long and successful film careers and are arguably best-known for their roles in Jurassic Park. It’s a somewhat lesser-known fact that they both appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe entry Thor: Ragnarok and, even though they didn’t share any scenes, fans loved the idea of the Jurassic Park stars sharing another film together.
However, they’ll be back together in a much greater capacity on the big screen in Jurassic World: Dominion as they will both reprise their most famous roles, with Neill’s Dr. Alan Grant and Goldblum’s Ian Malcom both set to return in the franchise-closer.
On a day off from shooting, the pair took to social media to share their reunion with fans by serenading them with a song and it’s honestly the most wholesome thing we’ve ever seen. Check it out below:
Both of the stars toplined Jurassic Park back in 1993 alongside Laura Dern. Goldblum returned for The Lost World: Jurassic Park in 1997 (and later Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in 2018) while Neill and Dern reprised their roles in 2001’s Jurassic Park III. Dominion will bring the Jurassic World trilogy to a close and, as well as reuniting Neill, Goldblum and Dern, will be headlined by current stars Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt.

As for their Thor: Ragnarok roles, Goldblum portrayed the eccentric Grandmaster – an Elder of the Universe who rules the planet Sakaar who clashes with Chris Hemsworth’s God of Thunder – while Neill had a cameo as an actor portraying Odin in an Asgardian retelling of the events of Thor: The Dark World.
Neill has posted several videos of himself singing songs and reading poems on his social media over the last couple of months to soothe fans’ concerns over everything going on in the world at the moment and we honestly don’t deserve him. It was a delight to see him reunite with Goldblum to do the same.
