The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is on its way to Disney+. So, to celebrate, we’ve put together a list of five things we need to happen.

After a year of multiple pushbacks, 2021 is going to be the year that Marvel Studios bounces back. On its massive slate is the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter SoldierReturning to their Marvel Cinematic Universe roles Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes, respectively are Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan.

There are so any many things we would love to see when the MCU series finally makes its debut on March 19, 2021 on the Disney+ streaming service. However, for now, we’re going to be covering five things that MUST happen during the show.

A passing reference to the legacy Steve leaves behind

At the end of Avengers Endgame, Steve Rogers passes the mantle of Captain America and the shield over to Sam, knowing that his legacy will be protected. Since The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is a Captain America spin-off, it would be awesome if there was a reference to the Cap’s legacy at some point.

Also, given how big the legacy is, it would be nice to see Sam struggling to uphold the same values Steve once did. Finally, having Bucky be his wingman when having to deal with this would be a nice way to see how far their relationship has come since the Captain America films.
