Steve Rogers

When he was young, Wade admired Captain America. He wanted to be him. Steve Rogers may be one of the few people that Wade still looks up to and aspires to be. After The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, Wade and Rogers became friends. It was a relationship that Wade cherished more than most. Just because Steve Rogers isn’t Captain America anymore, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t meet in Deadpool 3.

We know that Deadpool is aware he’s a movie character based on a comic book. He’s even made references to the Avengers in both of his movies. If he knows about the MCU, there’s no reason why Wade wouldn’t still look up to Cap. Retired Steve Rogers can help Wade adjust to this new world. Maybe even get him to stop killing so much. This could be how Deadpool starts his journey to be an Avenger.

The Hulk

Unlike the other names on this list, Deadpool doesn’t have a major history with the Hulk or Bruce Banner. They’ve fought a few times, but nothing incredibly memorable. Then why do they need to meet in the MCU? Just so we can see Wade annoy him, of course!

If anyone can bring out the Hulk in Banner, it’s Wade. He’s everything that Bruce hates. He talks way too much, kills, and doesn’t have any boundaries. We need to see this just so Banner can punch Wade from one scene to the next.
