Spider-Man

Once upon a time, Spider-Man hated Deadpool. It wasn’t just the killing that got to him, it was how irresponsible Wade was with his power. All of that skill and he used it to cause ruckus and destruction all over the world. As a result, they’ve fought more than a couple of times – with Spidey winning the majority of their battles.

However, Wade started to change his ways. Spidey still hated him, but he began to notice Wade trying. Fast forward to 2016 and they coexisted in a comic book for 50 issues.

Was their relationship perfect after that? Absolutely not. They still bickered, fought, and more throughout their run. Somehow, however, they ended up at least respecting each other. Deadpool has even come to Spider-Man’s aid and vice-versa. It’s shocking that it took so long for the two of them to get an ongoing series but it’s even more shocking that it only went 50 issues.

Their respective brands of humor differs, but they are both jokesters who use their annoying nature as a weapon. Having the two of them in an MCU project together (be it Deadpool 3 or Spider-Man 3) would undoubtedly entice fans. They’re among the most popular comic book characters of all time and now that they coexist within the same universe, there’s no way this doesn’t happen sooner rather than later. Hopefully, Sony won’t pull the plug on the Spider-Man rights before we get to see it.
