5. Deadpool 3

Kevin Feige recently confirmed that Deadpool 3 would be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe going forward, which now makes this encounter a possibility.

In the comics, Wade Wilson admires Steve Rogers and works with the Avengers leader on multiple occasions, with the two heroes even becoming friends at one point. Captain America even allows Deadpool to become an Avenger in the comics.

This friendship would be an interesting one to bring to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and could benefit both characters. It could see Steve given a chance to help a character turn a new leaf, while Deadpool could work towards becoming an Avenger and a more heroic character, which started to develop through his actions in Deadpool 2.

We could also see Captain America in an R-Rated environment, which would be interesting as the two very different personalities of Wilson and Rogers come together for an epic adventure. It would be funny to see Cap try and correct Deadpool’s swearing.

It would also be brilliant to see both of these characters fight side by side, as they are both brilliant combatants and would make for a deadly duo.

We know that Deadpool is finally coming to the MCU, so wouldn’t it be nice to see one of its primary heroes present to welcome him there?
