WandaVision: Is Monica Rambeau’s secret expert Blue Marvel?

Could this be the beginning of the Ultimates?

The Ultimates are some of the strongest and smartest people in Marvel Comics. There’s Monica Rambeau, Captain Marvel, T’Challa, Blue Marvel, and America Chavez. Alone, each of them can take on an army of people. Together, they accomplished the impossible. One of their accomplishments was turning Galactus from the destroyer of worlds to the restorer or planets.

The Ultimates was a short-lived comic book series but that certainly doesn’t take away from who they are as a group. Most of the Ultimates are already in the MCU or have been cast. Adding Blue Marvel to the mix during WandaVision brings exposure to a new character in a popular show. If he’s the one who helps stop Wanda, he’ll be looked at as one of the greats before he gets put into a Marvel Studios movie.

Hopefully, Blue Marvel will be Monica’s expert in WandaVision. He’s someone we haven’t seen the likes of in the MCU. He’s incredibly powerful on top of being a genius. It’s usually one or the other. Banner may have both, but he’s reluctant to use his strength.

If that’s not enough, Blue Marvel has a history that would make for an incredible TV series. Marvel Studios has a habit of surprising viewers. This could be yet another example of us getting a character we never knew we needed when we didn’t expect it. And, if he becomes popular, maybe the Ultimates replace the Avengers as the MCU’s premiere superhero team.
