3. Monica gets her powers

In a scene that was truly breathtaking and beautiful, Monica Rambeau re-entered the Hex. After her plan to drive a space rover into the Hex failed, Monica entered physically. She pushed through the struggle of breaking into the reality by remembering the words of many influential people in her life, including her mother Maria Rambeau, Nick Fury and Carol Danvers.

As she re-enters the Hex, we discover that Monica has finally gained her powers through her light blue eyes and the fact that she is able to see the world on a different spectrum – all the result of the energy field seemingly pulling her apart and piecing her back together again.

It is unclear whether Monica has obtained all of the powers that make her the hero Spectrum in the comics, but what is certain is that she now has a certain amount of superpowers. She even showcased that she can hold her own against Wanda, who seemed shocked at Monica’s ability to stay in the Hex when Wanda tried to once again remove her.

We will surely get to see Monica go toe to toe with Wanda once more, with the newly-minted superhero sure to give the Scarlet Witch a fight.
